Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with TropixGlobal Supply. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

14-Day Returns Eligible unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
48-Hour Damage Notice Damaged, defective or incorrect orders should be reported within 48 hours.
5–10 Day Refunds Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened and in the same condition received.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-returnable items: Opened food, beverages, supplements, consumable products, perishable goods and products damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging when applicable

Once reviewed, we may provide a replacement or full refund, including applicable shipping charges when the issue was caused by us.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for processing.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by TropixGlobal Supply.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or an incorrect product was shipped.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processing or preparing for shipment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
