Return & Refund Policy

At TropixGlobal Supply, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened food, beverages, or consumable products
  • Perishable goods
  • Items not in their original condition or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (including shipping, if applicable)

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was damaged upon arrival
  • The wrong item was shipped

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
